wonderful stay!
awesome breakfast helpful staff
I appreciated the really good breakfast. The variety was good. the location was also superb for exploring, as it was within easy walking distance to many attractions, and the helpful staff answered our questions. the shower was spacious, and this feature added to the overall comfort of my stay.
The room could use some updating. The carpets looked quite worn.

The reception service was very efficient upon my arrival. The internet access worked perfectly! also, the cleaning services kept my room very tidy , which i greatly appreciated.

my room was quite spacious, and it remained very clean throughout my stay. the bed and pillows were comfortable, and i slept soundly each night. there were multiple strands of hair on the towels in the bathroom, though.

The breakfast offered a great variety of tasty, fresh options ! i really enjoyed the option of freshly squeezed orange juice each morning. That was a great perk. the rooftop restaurant is definitely worth visiting too.

helpful bus modern atmosphere small bathroom dirty carpet
The location suited my needs perfectly. A bus to the airport was right behind the corner, very helpful. The rooftop restaurant provided a modern atmosphere and a wonderful view.
The bathroom felt small to me. i found the carpet to be dirty and think it needs replacement. no air made it necessary to sleep with the window open and that was a little loud.

the location proved convenient with easy access to public transportation. my room offered a view of the national garden. the breakfast buffet included a varied selection.
The room looked somewhat dated, especially considering the hotel rating. the shower space felt small and cramped. i noticed the sound insulation was not very effective. I could hear noise from the hallway.

A mixed experience at this hotel
plastic hairdryer intense heat
I was a little disappointed with some aspects. The hairdryer was completely plastic and became so hot after a short time that you almost burned your hand on it. I had to wrap a towel around it to ward off the heat. This was quite an inconvenience.

Great Central Stay
key attraction staff solution fresh juice rooftop view
The hotel's location was superb. It allowed easy access to key attractions. I found the staff very helpful. They provided quick solutions. Breakfast had multiple choices, including fresh juice. The breakfast was complete. The rooftop bar provided amazing views.
The shower design allowed water to spray everywhere. This left the entire bathroom damp, but i managed.

ideal location tour bus great service reservation cancellation advance charging scam smell
The location was ideal because it was near the parliament building. A tour bus stop was only a few hundred steps away. The restaurant on the top floor was a highlight. The food and service was great, I thought.
The hotel did canceled my reservation. This happened without them telling me. I discovered it the day before I traveled, this made me nervous. I smell a scam and I advise to stay away from this hotell, I think.
